If your account is still under verification, please note that this can happen due to several factors:
Metrash Copy Scanned:
Only the physical Qatar ID (QID) should be scanned.
Scanning a Metrash copy or any digital/printed version will place your account under verification.Light Reflection:
When scanning your physical QID, ensure there are no light reflections on the card.
Reflections can make certain details unreadable by our system.Unclear Image:
If the picture of your physical QID is blurry or unclear, the system may not be able to verify it successfully.VPN Usage:
Make sure your VPN is turned off while registering, as it may interfere with the verification process.Liveness Check Video Mismatch:
The liveness check video must match the photo on your QID. Any mismatch will prevent approval.QID Validity (Less than 4 Months):
Your QID must have more than 4 months of validity remaining.
Expired QIDs or those with less than 4 months validity will not be approved.Multiple Failed Attempts (3 Attempts Limit):
You have up to three attempts to complete your registration correctly.
If all three attempts fail, you will no longer be able to register with the same details.
If you believe you completed the registration correctly and your QID is valid for more than 4 months, please contact support@paylaterapp.com and include your QID number.
Our team will investigate the issue and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible.
